Our beds have been thoughtfully made from CertiPUR-US Human Mattress – Grade, certified-safe memory foam and are made to last for years of comfort.
Each bed comes with a 30 day money back guarantee: Exclusions apply: Foam that has been torn, chewed, shredded, scratched, stained by urine, feces, vomit, bodily fluids or damaged in any way. This includes molding of the foam or covers. Customer pays return shipping.
- We also include a limited 365-day - EXCHANGE ONLY - warranty for all manufacturer material defects which include all layers of the bed (outside linen layer, internal water resistant cover and foam mattress) – Customer pays return shipping.
When receiving your bed, you will notice that it is vacuum packed and shrunk for shipping purposes. Please open carefully and avoid using scissors when opening, as any cutting accident will void all warranties.
Once your bed is opened, please note that it can take anywhere between 12-72 hours for it to retain its full size. It is perfectly ok for your pet to start using the bed right away during this process!
Washing Instructions and General Care –
Unzip and remove the cover from your bed. The cover is meant to be washed on the gentle cycle in COLD WATER ONLY. Dry the cover on the lowest heat setting using the gentle cycle as well.
The water-resistant liner may also be washed in COLD WATER ONLY on the gentle cycle; however it needs to be LINE DRIED. If dried in the dryer, it will eventually crack, and the warranty will be voided.
The orthopedic foam is NEVER to be WASHED or DRIED. Please trust us when we say it won’t do well and again, will void any warranty.
*Please Note - water resistant will not always mean completely water-proof. If you have a large canine and they urinate directly on the bed (especially if they do it multiple times in a row), the liner may not be enough to completely protect the mattress.
